Leaves Indy @ 6AM Return Indy @ 7PM
Cost per person will be $ ____20.00_per person; roundtrip ___No Refunds______
You must have a reservation PAID prior to participate , NO Last minute Passengers!
"Dayton Hamvention admission not included"!

Procedures:

Date: Saturday 20st May, 2006
General Times schedule: (ALL Times are INDY time)
Departs Indy area 6AM (Indy Time)
Arrives Indy area 7PM APPROX.!(Indy Time)

Pick up And Drop OFF

-INDY Departure : at 6AM (Indy Time)
(2) locations : (SEE Map)
  • 1st. South Side…. Departure : at 6AM (Indy Time)"Southern Plaza"
    Just north of I465 & South US31 (west side of US31) , Southern Plaza; PARK just south of PIZZA HUT parking lot.
  • 2nd. East side… Departure : at 6:30AM (Indy Time) Just East of I465 & US40 (East Washington street),[Us 40 & Franklin Rd.]
    Use Parking Lots south side of US40, (East Washington Plaza "Peddlers Mall") ; PARK south side of OLD Perkins restaurant.

    -Our Bus is a STAR of America 44 passenger commercial vehicle, with Bathroom and comfortable seating.
    -We will stop once on the trip to Dayton (Quick Breakfast) location TBA

    Hamfest (BUS will locked when un attended.)
    -Bus will drop off in front of the Hara Arena, Dayton Hamfest building.
    -Noon BUS visit (Indy Time)…for those who have Items to secure or store for the return trip

    -Hamfest Departure : at 4PM (Indy Time)
    -Location: In front of the Hara Arena building (same as drop off)
    -We will stop Once on the return trip (quick Dinner). Location TBA.

    -INDY Arrivals : at 7PM Approx. (Indy Time)
    -you will be returned to your pick up locations. (2) locations :
  • 1st. East Side…. 7PM Approx. (Indy Time) Just East of I465 & US40 (East Washington Plaza "Peddlers Mall".
  • 2nd. South side… 7:30PM Approx. (Indy Time) I465 & US31 , Southern Plaza; Kroger parking lot.
