Chilli Cook Off

Date is the Monthly IRC Jan. 13th 2006 Meeting.
Location is the Indianapolis Training center ( room TBA-Ck at front desk)
Time: 7-7:45PM

Procedures:
1.Bring a crock Pot of our best chill with dipper
2.It can be green chill or red with or without beans
3.Sour Cream, Corn Chips or saltines, and cups and spoons will be provided
4.Club will provided drinks and Tums.
5.All chilli samples must be in closed containers for transport.!!!
6.You must enjoy.

Cook off participants should bring their favorite chilli recipe's to the meeting location
in container that will allow it to remain warm. entry must be ready to eat.
(Power will be provided for crock-pots, etc.)

Prizes will be awarded to 1st , Middle & Last place by attendees voted concenus.

If you have a favorite chilli dish; join in the fun and share the secrete with fellow hams!.
