Rules for the selection and presentation:
1-This award shall be presented to an IRC member annually for Excellence in
Achievement involving Amateur Radio communications in the Indianapolis community.

2- The selection committee shall consist of 3 IRC members; one of which must be a
past award recipient. Eventually all the selection committee shall consist of past
award recipients.

3- The award shall be presented during the club December dinner meeting each year.

4- No person shall be awarded the award twice within a ten (10) year period.
